Dexter sets the perfect trap for Boyd but finds himself unprepared (and unconscious) when the animal control worker fires a tranquilizer dart at him right before he passes out, resulting in their both being picked up by an ambulance. Dexter's revenge uncovers a wholly unexpected new problem. Laguerta learns that Batista may be under investigation, and Dexter hires a nanny.

Chuck and Sarah protect the Generalissimo when his wife shows herself to be a threat, and Casey reluctantly provides assistance since he is the only man the Generalissimo trusts. Morgan agonizes over whether to pursue a romantic relationship with Alex and face certain deadly consequences from Casey. Chuck and Sarah use their relationship issues to diffuse international tensions.

Hawaii Five-0 – “Lanakila” (10/11/10) |

A dangerous convict stages an escape from prison, and the team mobilizes to find out what his motive was for breaking out and where he's headed on the outside. When he attacks a couple and takes the husband hostage, the team must figure out which spouse he's connected to and what the link is between them. Steve also deals with the timely arrival of his troublesome sister, Mary Ann.

In order to foster partnership, Will assigns the glee club members to pair up and do duets, with the winning duo earning a free meal at a popular local restaurant. Kurt lusts after new arrival Sam but ultimately decides to perform alone. Sam pairs up with a reluctant Quinn, Santana teams up with Mercedes, Brittany joins forces with Artie, and Tina and Mike perform their own number. Finn and Rachel hatch a plan to throw the contest.

Robbers hit a wedding attended by the Powell family, and Jim doesn't act for fear of bystanders getting hurt. When Stephanie's wedding ring is taken, Jim works with George to hunt down the bad guys and hits a few stumbling blocks. Daphne reads her friend's mind too closely, and J.J. asks for her help with a girl. When Stephanie learns that her blood is being tested, she and Katie act to prevent a dangerous revelation.

Stahl gets the bail hearing postponed and feeds Gemma testimony through Jax, pointing to her partner as the killer rather than herself. Jax asks for Tara's help selling prescription drugs, and when Darby spies the transaction and reports it, Jax attacks Tara as being untrustworthy. Clay makes peace with the Mayans while Tig unleashes his anger towards prospective transfer Kozik.

When an Irish convict breaks out of prison, Steven, Samantha, Leo, and Bill put on their best Irish accents and trail him to find a missing CIA hard drive. Steven and Samantha are annoyed by Leo babysitting them and set out to prove their field-readiness. Lizzy asks Samantha for a loan, which she considers despite Steven's misgivings. Samantha wonders whether to tell Steven about her actions during their time apart.

Mitchell and Claire determine that they can help each other out by having Claire tell Mitchell that he just isn't pulling off his bike shorts and having Mitchell inform Phil that he's not funny as he prepares to host a realtors dinner. Jay tries to prove to Gloria that he knows his employees when they attend a quinceañera. Haley decides to help her younger sister become popular.

In the first live episode, Liz is distraught because no one remembers her 40th birthday, prompting Jack to plan a last-minute surprise party. Jack vows to give up drinking while Avery is pregnant but has trouble keeping his promise. Tracy decides that it's funny to break character while performing, something which Jenna disagrees with and designs to protest on air.

Michael thinks he has herpes on his lip, so he calls all of his former lovers, including Donna, Carol, Jan, and Holly. In a desperate attempt to woo Erin back, Andy decides to gather the office together for a poorly-conceived sex education session.
