Plot Synopsis

In MILLION DOLLAR MATCHMAKER, renowned matchmaker Patti Stanger returns with millionaires from her past and present as they bring their relationship problems and issues for a final chance at finding love. In an effort to see if love will once and for all prevail, Patti helps some of her unmatchable millionaires...and if Patti can't help them find love by the end of their stay at her "Millionaire's Club." Each one-hour episode features two wealthy clients checking into the breathtaking luxury property in North County San Diego, Harrah's Resort Southern California, where they quickly, and unwittingly, embark on their "love lesson," custom tailored challenges designed by Patti and her team to reveal what they are doing wrong. Patti then meets one-on-one with each millionaire for a "reality check," an in-depth review of his or her surprise date, where she delivers her particular brand of tough love, with sometimes brutally honest feedback. Finally, Patti will introduce each high-profile client to her two matches. If all goes well, the millionaire and his or her potential match will be on their way to happily ever after. Rounding out the Millionaire's Club team of experts is Candace, a graduate of Northwestern University School of Law, who also holds a degree in psychology. Candace is a natural when it comes to pairing partners...when the former beauty queen is not keeping the men for herself! David, founder of FindingCupid.com and proclaimed "Romance Enthusiast," brings his passion for love and belief that everyone deserves happiness to the Club. And after a brief respite from the club, Destin and Rachel are ready to return in order to help big-bucks clients find true love. This dynamic duo and fan favorite couple from Patti's past are a dream team...when they aren't butting heads. In the series opener, Patti takes on Justin, the "Human Ken Doll," and Claudia, a three-time divorcee.

Season 2 of MILLION DOLLAR MATCHMAKER premiered on Friday, August 4, 2017 at 10pm ET/PT on WE tv. This season, Patti has upped her matchmaking game, taking over the west wing of the exclusive Luxe Hotel tucked away in the hills of Bel Air. Each week, two of her hardest-to-match clients will check in for a week-long stay in an elegant boutique hotel, hoping to leave with the love of their life. Unbeknownst to them, Patti's eyes and ears are everywhere as her clients enjoy the hotel, digging deep to figure out why they are still single, and learning a few "love lessons" from Patti to ensure they're truly ready for "the one." Rounding out the Millionaire's Club team of experts this season is, Senior Matchmaker and Patti's righthand, Candace Smith, who's worked with Patti for years. Candace knows the ins and outs of matchmaking and dealing with challenging clients. New to the team is Author and Relationship Consultant Maxwell Billieon, a premier, boisterous expert on the subject of infidelity. His book, "The Six Virtues of the New Man," have led countless men and women to having monogamy-capable relationships. The premiere episode kicks off the new season with THE BACHELORETTE and BACHELOR IN PARADISE alums, Daniel Maguire and Vinny Ventiera. Daniel has dated around, however, his high standards have gotten in the way of finding "the one". Vinny, who Patti coached after his stint on BACHELOR IN PARADISE last summer, is the guy who wants to settle down with the girl of his dreams. Unfortunately, his haste to jump into relationships has gotten him in trouble in the past. Patti has her hands full with these tough cases, but will she find them true love in in end. Throughout the season some familiar faces grace the screen including, Laura Govan, Claudia Jordan, Kelly Bensimon, and Donna D'Errico, to name a few.
