Plot Synopsis

This reality show follows straight-shooting, sharp-tongued, third-generation matchmaker Patti Stanger, founder of a Los Angeles-based elite matchmaking service that helps wealthy men find the women of their dreams. With a fierce passion for her work and with the help of her staff, Patti remains determined to find love for each and every one of her clients -- no matter how difficult the client might be. In each one-hour episode of THE MILLIONAIRE MATCHMAKER, Patti hand picks dates for two wealthy clients. In Season 6, which premiered on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 9pm ET/PT, she looked for her own true love, while uncovering unforeseen information about her birth parents that made her approach relationships in a whole new way. Plus, in the show's sixth season, she helped these rich and celebrity singles: Denise Richards' dad, Irv; former Matchbox Twenty guitarist Adam Gaynor; TOP CHEF: JUST DESSERTS winner Yigit Pura; Olympic speedskater Allison Baver; and retired NFL punter Mitch Berger. When THE MILLIONAIRE MATCHMAKER returned for its seventh season on Thursday, December 5, 2013 at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo, Patti had a new office in Marina Del Rey and an entirely different team of matchmaking assistants: Justin Bird, Marisa Saks and David Cruz. Plus, Patti was still working on balancing her ever-growing business and her relationship with boyfriend David Krausse. In Season 7, Patti helped these high-maintenance millionaires: Kim Kardashian's BFF Jonathan Cheban; THE VOICE Season 2 contestant Katrina Parker; the late Patrick Swayze's actor brother Don Swayze; Courtney Kerr from COURTNEY LOVES DALLAS; RHONJ's Rosie Pierri; and TOP CHEF Season 5 runner-up Stefan Richter. On Sunday, December 7, 2014 at 9:30pm ET/PT, Bravo aired the Season 8 premiere of THE MILLIONAIRE MATCHMAKER. In the new season, Patti Stanger is shaking things up this season with fresh methods, a new team and dozens of celebrities appearing as daters, experts and Patti's co-conspirators. David Cruz returns as Patti's Director of Matchmaking with new staffer Candace Smith serving as the Director of Recruiting. Patti's clients and experts are a "who's who" of Hollywood ranging from music artist Rozonda 'Chilli' Thomas of TLC to famed television personality and designer Kristin Cavallari. Bravolebrities will also make appearances at The Millionaires Club, including Reza Farahan, Caroline and Chris Manzo, Sonja Morgan and more. In the Season 8 premiere, Patti is excited to work with Larry Birkhead, the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn, and a second client, Melyssa Ford, star of BLOOD, SWEAT & HEELS and former music video vixen.
