HOLIDAY THROWDOWN is a series of one-hour BEAT BOBBY FLAY holiday specials:

"Casserole with the Punches" (Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 9pm ET/PT): Scott Conant welcomes three of Bobby Flay's besties to attempt a Turkey Day classic: the humble casserole. Chefs Anne Burrell, Tiffani Faison and Jet Tila bring their best dishes to the table.

"Stuff It, Bobby!" (Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 9pm ET/PT): Eddie Jackson brings Thanksgiving game day vibes to Bobby Flay's kitchen, and chefs Maneet Chauhan, Christian Petroni and Michael Psilakis tackle dishes that are stuffed.

"Hardest Holiday Dishes" (Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 9pm ET/PT): Giada De Laurentiis decks the halls as triple-threat titans Tiffany Derry, Michael Voltaggio and Brooke Williamson try to put Bobby Flay under the tree with some of the most difficult holiday delicacies.

"Room for Dessert" (Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 9pm ET/PT): Carla Hall ushers in an all-pastry holiday extravaganza with chefs Alex Guarnaschelli, Damaris Phillips and Zac Young.

"Holiday Throwbacks" (Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 9pm ET/PT): Bobby Flay's favorite holiday elf, Carson Kressley, brings the mischief while chefs Einat Admony, Amanda Freitag and Michael Symon bring some modern flair to classic holiday dishes.

"Holiday Around the World" (Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 9pm ET/PT): Geoffrey Zakarian is Bobby Flay's tour guide as chefs Eric Adjepong, Esther Choi and Leah Cohen bring a world of hurt for the holidays.

BOBBY FLAY: HOLIDAY THROWDOWN returned for its second season on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 9pm ET/PT on Food Network. Over seven weeks, Food Network's favorites come together for holiday-themed culinary competitions and the chance to beat Bobby Flay. In each supersized episode, three chefs must bring their A-game and battle it out over two festive rounds to get to Bobby. The winner then moves on to battle Bobby - but this time it's a team effort, and Bobby and the winning contender each pick an eliminated chef as their teammate and sous chef. A blind taste test determines if Bobby or his competitor takes home the win. Chefs competing include Sunny Anderson, Scott Conant, Darnell Ferguson, Duff Goldman, Alex Guarnaschelli, Eddie Jackson and Michael Symon. Episodes include:

"Turkey Day Traditions" (Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 9pm ET/PT): Katie Lee Biegel cracks the wishbone with Turkey Day classics and makes this holiday reunion a surprise family affair. Chefs Darnell Ferguson, Bryan Voltaggio and Michael Voltaggio attempt to squash Bobby Flay by leveling the playing field with a new turkey tradition.

"Holiday Leftover Revival" (Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 9pm ET/PT): It's a CHOPPED takeover as Tiffani Faison welcomes her fellow judges to second helpings of competition and mystery ingredients they'll transform into Thanksgiving masterpieces. Chefs Marc Murphy, Amanda Freitag and Scott Conant battle Bobby Flay to see if they can knock the stuffing out of him in a leftover showdown that hopefully leaves Bobby eating the humblest pie.

"12 Ways to Beat Bobby" (Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 9pm ET/PT): The always festive Carson Kressley gifts Bobby Flay with a partridge in a pear tree this holiday season, and chefs Chris Scott, Justin Sutherland and Tiffany Derry devise 12 ways to beat Bobby in an attempt to ruffle his feathers. Carson orchestrates a final festive surprise in round three and brings in some special guests.

"Holiday Brunchin'" (Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 9pm ET/PT): Pass the mimosas and holiday nog because Bobby Flay's daughter, Sophie Flay, is in the house. Chefs Zac Young, Eddie Jackson and Maneet Chauhan attempt to smoke Bobby and test his knowledge of international holiday flavors in the ultimate brunch battle.

"Feeling Frosted" (Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 9pm ET/PT): Holiday queen Sunny Anderson sprinkles seasonal cheer with sugar, spice and everything nice. Chefs Stephanie Izard, Damaris Phillips and Duff Goldman challenge Bobby Flay to the ultimate baking battle as they whip up some festive, frosted treats in a bid to land a sweet victory and leave Bobby iced out.

"Feast of the Seven Fishes" (Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 9pm ET/PT): It's sink or swim as Alex Guarnaschelli recruits Antonia Lofaso, Christian Petroni and Michael Symon for an Italian showdown of gladiator proportions. These culinary titans celebrate all things seafood and pull off an epic feast of the seven fishes that Bobby Flay will never forget.

"Time to Celebrate!" (Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 9pm ET/PT): Jeff Mauro is in the house, ready to serenade chefs Brooke Williamson, Jet Tila and Andrew Zimmern. They go all out with fancy ingredients, prime cuts and fierce competition, along with an over-the-top holiday feast designed to celebrate Bobby Flay's demise.
