Plot Synopsis

ZOMBIE HOUSE FLIPPER is a one-hour reality series that follows millennial house flipper Justin Stamper and his team of renovators, as they flip abandoned, rundown homes in Orlando, Florida. The team buys and fixes up dilapidated, sometimes bank-owned homes, making big money in the process, but not without difficulties along the way -- from leaking roofs and the threat of sinkholes, to electrical fires and poorly piped Florida McMansions. In each 60-minute episode, Justin and his team, along with his trusty dog Marley, tour decrepit properties and determine their resale value. Once they pick a property, Justin hands it over to the dueling construction and makeover masters -- Keith, the builder, and Duke, the designer -- who butt heads on everything from bathroom tile to the proper windows for Tudor homes. After the dust settles, property scout and realtor Ashlee lists the revived property in hopes of turning a profit. In the series opener, "March Avenue Madness," the team discovers a Tudor-style home in a quiet suburban neighborhood that is literally rotting from the inside out. This massive restoration job, along with disagreements over whether to keep the Tudor features on the house, become the least of their problems. Duke decides to make a number of expensive upgrades without consulting the others, and tensions run high as his design choices start to chip away at the team's potential profit margin.

On Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 10pm ET/PT, FYI premiered the second season of ZOMBIE HOUSE FLIPPING. In Season 2, Justin and his renovation team tackle crazier challenges than ever before -- from larger homes, to snake and termite infestations, to rotted windows, and tricky house layouts. In the season opener, "Justin Time," Duke finds a dilapidated mid-century modern home that some other flippers have already started. When the team gets to the house to investigate, it's clear that the work was botched and will have to be redone. It's a big undertaking but Justin sees potential in the house and decides to run the project on his own. However, when he has to rip out all the drywall, reframe the rooms, rewire the house, and basically start from scratch, it seems like he's bitten off more than he can chew.

Season 3 of ZOMBIE HOUSE FLIPPING premiered on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at 9pm ET/PT on a new network: A&E. In the season opener, "The School House," the team finds a ramshackle house down the street from a brand-new school opening in a couple months, and they see a chance to cash in by creating a family-friendly oasis. A glut of plumbing and roof problems, plus a tree-toppling disaster, threaten to derail their plans and possibly miss their sales window before the school year starts.

The fourth season of ZOMBIE HOUSE FLIPPING debuted on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 11am ET/PT on A&E. Operating in Orlando, Florida, this three-person group of Justin Stamper, Ashlee Casserly, and Keith Ori continue to flip rotting, abandoned properties -- "zombie houses" -- into beautifully remade homes for top dollar. In the season opener, "Spruce," when the zombie team spots a small, rundown bungalow in a highly sought-after neighborhood, they have visions of a steal of a deal that could earn a big paycheck. But when hidden problems like wood rot and termite infestation start demolishing their budget, it's a battle to finish this zombie before it eats up all their profits.

Season 5 of ZOMBIE HOUSE FLIPPING premiered on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 11am ET/PT on A&E. In the season opener, "Fort Worth: Canyon Ridge," the Fort Worth zombie flippers take on a home in the Blue Mound neighborhood whose previous tenants left it abandoned and covered head-to-toe in cat feces! In order to turn this house of horrors into a showstopper, RJ, Cassi, and Nicole will have to completely renovate one of the smelliest houses on the block, without letting their profits stink too. Will their risk pay off or will this zombie house prove to be a total nightmare?

In the season opener, "Dallas: Arcadia," Derek and Chauncey take on a zombie house that was abandoned by previous flippers! Left with holes in the roof, termite damage and a dilapidated porch this nightmare house pushes their skills, and budget, to the limit. Can they resurrect this wreck and turn it into a hefty profit?
