Plot Synopsis

ZERO CHILL is a half-hour drama series that follows 15-year old figure skater Kayla, whose life is upended from Canada to the UK when her twin brother, Mac, gets a place at a legendary hockey academy. Distraught at her parents' decision to put her brother's ambitions before her own, Kayla must find her place on the ice again in the shadow of her superstar brother. For her, the rink is where she feels alive, where she can fly. For Mac, it's a battlefield where he strives to prove himself against his opponents... and his teammates. Kayla and Mac both make magic on the ice, but their approaches are poles apart. Once at the academy, Mac's off to a rocky start on his quest to impress his new team. Later on, a lonely Kayla makes a connection with a mysterious skater on the ice. Netflix released the entire 10-episode first season of ZERO CHILL on Monday, March 15 2021 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT.
