Plot Synopsis

WINDY CITY FLIP is a one-hour reality series that follows Alison Victoria and Ryan Chiaverini, as they buy and restore old homes in Chicago. During the rehab, interior designer Victoria saves one-of-a-kind architectural features while updating the layout and design of each room. On Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at 11pm ET/PT, HGTV premiered the WINDY CITY FLIP pilot, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. In the pilot, "Bucktown Rebuild," Alison buys a rundown historic home in the heart of Chicago. This Windy City home comes with many surprises, however, and Alison fights through them all to restore it from the ground up. Will she be able to create a home that's perfect for a young family?
