Plot Synopsis

Hosted by Jeff Dye, WHO THE BLEEP IS THAT? is a half-hour daily (Mon-Fri) syndicated gameshow in which three contestants must guess the identities of celebrities whose images are obscured in various ways. Obscured images of celebrities (TV, music, sports, politics, historical figures and social influencers) are shown to contestants, and slowly become clear to reveal current photos, throwback photos, sketches, actors in movie roles, images of famous people in relationships, and more. The first contestant to buzz in and guess correctly wins the point, and after three rounds, the contestant with the most points gets the chance to play for the grand prize of $5K. WHO THE BLEEP IS THAT? had a five-episode, week-long, sneak peek in March 2023 in a limited run in a few cities (New York Fox 5 at 1pm; Los Angeles Fox 11 at 3:30pm; Chicago My50 at 2:30pm; Dallas Fox 4 at 12:30pm; Houston My20 at 9:30pm; Washington, DC on Fox 5+ at 11:30am; San Francisco KTVU+ at 3:30pm; Phoenix on Fox 10 at 1:30pm; Detroit on Fox 2 at 2pm; Minneapolis on My29 at 3:30pm; Orlando on Fox 35+ at 1pm; and Milwaukee on Fox 6 at 1:30pm) and nationally on the TMZ YouTube channel. WHO THE BLEEP IS THAT? made its national syndication debut on Monday, September 11, 2023 on stations nationwide.
