Plot Synopsis

Each week, three comedians and comedy actors unleash outrageous pranks on the unsuspecting public, as hidden cameras capture their reactions. At the end of each 30-minute episode, the live audience votes for their favorite gag, and a charity chosen by the winning comedian earns $10,000. Hosted by Donald Faison, WHO GETS THE LAST LAUGH? features three different pranking comedians in each episode, including: Kunal Nayyar making a strange traffic stop, Bill Bellamy creating a stinky situation, and Jeff Dye creating a costly distraction; D.L. Hughley at the carwash, Danny Masterson exposing a cheating wife, and Cheri Oteri screaming about ice cream; Aries Spears, Natasha Laggard and Andy Dick; Bam Margera, Bobby Lee and Matt Besser; Iliza Shlesinger, Tom Green and Derek Miller; Opie Hughes, Russell Peters and Paul Rodriguez; Charlie Murphy, Owen Benjamin and Chris Kattan; Nicole Sullivan, Kevin McDonald and Larry Joe Campbell; and Finesse Mitchell, Luenell Campbell and Alan Thicke.
