Plot Synopsis

Taped live in New York, THE WENDY WILLIAMS SHOW is a talk show that combines the latest buzz and hot topics with a diverse mix of celebrities from film, music, sports and television. Whether she is offering real and often tough-love advice during her "Ask Wendy" segments, providing her take on the latest headlines during "Hot Topics," or getting up close and personal with headline makers, celebrities or real people, Williams no-holds barred approach and love of life and laughter shines through in every hour. Starting on July 14, 2008, THE WENDY WILLIAMS SHOW had a top-rated, six-week run in four major markets. It launched in national syndication the following year, on July 13, 2009, which is the official series premiere date. Wendy returned for her sixth season on Monday, September 15, 2014, airing each weekday in national syndication (check local listings) and on BET at midnight. In the Season 6 premiere, Wendy makes good on her promise to eat crow, because Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been married for more than 72 days. The first two weeks such stars as Anderson Cooper, Dr. Phil, Craig Ferguson, Lenny Kravitz, Megan Mullally, Jordin Sparks, Chloe Grace Moretz, Celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani, Nick Carter and Jordan Knight. Plus, this season THE WENDY WILLIAMS SHOW will celebrate its 1,000th show on the air.
