Plot Synopsis

Meteorologist Mike Bettes presents clips of the most dramatic, intense, and violent weather ever captured on video. Viewers recorded all of Mother Nature's fury, including an EF4 tornado, a dust storm in Australia, sandstorms in Saudi Arabia and Arizona, avalanches in Wyoming and Montana, and plenty of footage of extreme weather from across the United States and the rest of the world. WEATHER CAUGHT ON CAMERA returned for its third season on Tuesday, August 6, 2013, as The Weather Channel aired four, back-to-back, new episodes from 8-10pm ET during its HURRICANE WEEK programming. Less than two weeks later, on Sunday, August 18, 2013 at 8pm ET, this program returned for what many outlets, like Zap2It, called its fourth season, while the Weather Channel didn't confirm which season to which the new episodes belong.
