Plot Synopsis

In WAKE UP CALL, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and celebrity guest mentors lend a helping hand to everyday people who are facing enormous challenges in their lives. From dysfunctional homes and dead-beat dads to sports teams that don't gel and businesses struggling to survive, Rock and his team descend into the chaos of everyday problems to pull good people up by the bootstraps, reminding them what hard work, passion and true discipline can accomplish. With early wake-up calls, emotional reunions and near-impossible goals, everyone who comes in contact with Rock's sense of personal motivation grows from it, finding inner strength and heart. In each one-hour episode, Rock helps a different person (or group) with the help of one of his celebrity friends as a special guest mentor, including UFC President Dana White, Chef Rocco DiSpirito, celebrity stylist and host Jeannie Mai, fitness guru Jillian Michaels, rapper/producer Juicy J, teen expert Josh Shipp, redneck millionaire Jonah White, and former NBA star Kenny Anderson.

On Friday, January 30, 2015 at 9pm ET/PT, TNT premiered the season finale of WAKE UP CALL. In the season ender, "Kenny Anderson: Former NBA Star at Crossroads," The Rock recruits the help of a basketball team to re-ignite the flame of NBA's extinguished star Kenny Anderson.
