Plot Synopsis

Inspired by a series of real life events, UNDERCOVER is a one-hour fictional crime series that follows Ferry Bouman, one of the largest ecstasy producers in the world, who lives a charmed life in his villa on the Dutch-Belgian border. But things start to change when two undercover agents, Bob and Kim, move into his territory, attempt to infiltrate Bouman's life and shut down his network. The series opens with Bob and Kim clashing over how to initiate contact with their target and new neighbor. Attempts to make inroads with Ferry hit a roadblock when Bob antagonizes a member of his crew and a secondary operation spins out of control. When Bob's temper endangers the mission, he works to spin the situation to his advantage. Kim reaches out to Danielle over a personal matter. Trust issues crop up everywhere as John questions Ferry's faith in Bob, Ferry worries about Jurgen's loyalty, and Bob lets his wife down yet again. Season 2 of UNDERCOVER had its U.S. premiere on Monday, November 9, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, as Netflix released the entire 10-episode second season. The line between justice and revenge begins to blur when Kim's hunt for illegal arms dealers plunges Bob into a dangerous new undercover operation, setting off a chain reaction of trouble that reaches all the way to Ferry Bouman.

The entire eight-episode third season of UNDERCOVER made its U.S. debut on Monday, January 10, 2022 on Netflix. Hoping to turn his life around, Bob takes on a dangerous undercover mission to root out a police mole, but his path once again crosses with Ferry Bouman. In the season opener, "Evil Eye," Bob receives an offer from a former colleague that could solve all his problems -- or cost him everything. Ferry makes a bumpy reentry into his old life.
