Plot Synopsis

THE ULTIMATUM: FRANCE is a one-hour docuseries that follows six couples on the cusp of lifelong love, who are hit with an ultimatum: Get engaged or break up. Before they decide, they swap partners for three weeks. The series opens with the couples spending their last nights together. Later, sparks fly and jealousy simmers as each person interviews their potential experience partner. Then, during a pool party, new bonds are formed and old ones are tested. Sarah and Theo connect over their fear of commitment; Sophianne and Romane hit it off. The first eight episodes of THE ULTIMATUM: FRANCE dropped on Friday, December 30, 2022 on Netflix. The two finale episodes debuted one week later on Friday, January 6, 2023, featuring "Ultimatum Day" and "Two Months Later."
