Plot Synopsis

This series counts down the most famous and memorable moments on THE OPRAH WINFREY SHOW. Featuring new commentary by Oprah Winfrey and an interview with "TV Guide" editor in chief Debra Birnbaum, this program revisits the most unforgettable interviews, guests, performances and occurrences of the history-making show. Counting down from #25 through #1, each 60-minute episode features four moments, except for the last hour which highlights the top five moments. This series features, in some order: a love-struck Tom Cruise; an emotional interview with Michael Jackson's children; being on stage with Tina Turner; Winfrey's weight loss story; her historic interview with President Barack Obama and the First Lady; the Sarah Palin interview; the great car giveaway; her road trip with best friend Gayle King; and many more.
