Plot Synopsis

This half-hour series features outrageously humorous home videos. Originally scheduled to premiere on May 9, the debut of TOP 20 FUNNIEST was delayed by two weeks following a last-minute schedule change by truTV. Immediately following a marathon (6-10pm ET/PT) of encore episodes, this series returned for its second season -- with a new title, TRUTV TOP FUNNIEST, and as a compilation series instead of a countdown series -- on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at 10pm ET/PT on truTV. In the Season 2 premiere, a creepy holiday snowman comes alive, two babies pull off a great escape, and a man proposing to his girlfriend slips a surprise into the ring box. TRUTV TOP FUNNIEST returned for its third season on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 9pm ET/PT, as truTV premiered back-to-back new episodes.
