Plot Synopsis

From makers of the original TRUE LIFE comes TRUE LIFE/NOW, a one-hour docuseries examining the challenges of real people immersed in today's most vexing social phenomena. From Kardashian-obsessed super fans coping with celebrity fanaticism to revenge porn victims seeking retribution, this series explores the hopes, struggles and lives of real people in their own words. In the series opener, "Obsessed with Being a Kardashian," three devotees to the Kardashians demonstrate their unshakeable faith in Kim and the lengths they will go to emulate her in the hopes of achieving her success. If the Kardashians were a cult, then these are Kim's most zealous followers.

Revenge porn, or the distribution of an individual's sexual photos or videos without their consent, victimizes thousands of unsuspecting people across the nation.
