Plot Synopsis

Each one-hour episode of TRIPLE DIGIT FLIP follows Jamil Damji, his best friend and flipper Pace Morby, his project manager and big sister Rahima Blaza, and real estate agent Laura Morby -- who is also Pace's wife -- as they flip houses all over the Phoenix area. In the series opener, "Animal House vs. Madison Madhouse," Jamil and team have a decision to make. There are two houses, but, they can only flip one. The first house is completely cringeworthy with rooms fil some structural issues outside, but they weren't even able to get inside to check it out. Who knows what nightmare is on the other side of those walls? After debating which way to go, Jamil, Pace, Rahima and Laura dive in. Faced with a tight timeline and some unexpected hurdles, will the dream team end up with a nightmare of a flip?

The second season of TRIPLE DIGIT FLIP premiered on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Noon ET/PT on A&E. In the season opener, "Big Investment vs. Big Infest-ment," Jamil and Pace are back to flipping houses and have to choose between the lesser of two evils; a complete plumbing and electrical overhaul or fixing the damage left by millions of termites! Do they choose the house with great bones but in need of major upgrades that could cost big bucks? Or the house abandoned and left to the insect hoard? Their house of choice undergoes an inspired renovation while major changes are underway at work -- and home -- as Pace and Laura welcome their third child!
