Plot Synopsis

A half-hour comedy about a middle-aged couple, Eddie and Joy Stark, who have been married for more than 20 years. In the first two seasons a young, newly-married couple, Steph and Jeff Woodcock, live next door, and Eddie freely gives his advice to the idealistic Jeff about surviving the marriage wars. When the Woodcocks move away during season 3, the Starks develop a close relationship with Kenny Westchester, Eddie's little brother from the Big-Brother/Little-Brother Program.
