Plot Synopsis

Chef Bobby Flay travels across America challenging the absolute masters in different kinds of cooking, from BBQers to bakers to pizza makers to grillers. In each episode, one of these chefs thinks Food Network is shooting their profile for a show. Much to their surprise, Bobby drops by for a surprise visit and challenges them to an unexpected cook-off -- usually making the signature dish of Bobby's competitor.
