Plot Synopsis

TEXAS FLIP N' MOVE is a one-hour reality series that follows teams of Texas-based real estate entrepreneurs -- Lone Wolf Randy Martin and The Snow Sisters (Donna and Toni), along with The Young Guns (Cody and Suzy) in Seasons 1-3 and later Casey and Catrina in Seasons 3-5 and Gary's Girls (Paige Lowe, Melinda Wray, Kendal Parker and Brooke Collins) in Seasons 4 & 5 -- as they compete to flip a home that is sold at auction and must be moved to a new location. A Texas Investment Property Auction featured two homes from this show, including a 2-bedroom designer starter home auctioned on Thursday, August 22 and a remodeled 3-bedroom Craftsman home put on the block on Friday, August 23. HGTV aired this program's pilot episode on Friday, December 20, 2013 at 9pm ET/PT, and DIY Network broadcast this same episode for the official series premiere on Friday, January 9, 2015 at 10pm ET/PT.

TEXAS FLIP N' MOVE returned for its second season on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 9pm ET/PT, immediately following a four-hour marathon (5-9pm) of encore episodes. In the Season 2 opener, "The Young Guns' Over-the-Top Barn Meets the Lone Wolf's Live-and-Work Loft," a tiny backyard barn becomes a radical house move; Randy wins a weird square building; Bleu creates private zones in open space.

Season 3 of TEXAS FLIP N' MOVE premiered on Friday, January 8, 2016 at 9pm ET/PT, immediately following a 10-hour marathon (11am-9pm) of encore episodes. In the season opener, "The Snow Sisters Tiny Shack Shake-Up vs Cousin Casey's Old Church Conversion," The Young Guns score a house that used to be a church but when they're called out of town, cousin Casey takes over the flip. Donna and Toni win a tiny one-room service building that they completely transform into a cottage retreat.

DIY Network premiered the fourth season of TEXAS FLIP N' MOVE on Friday, July 15, 2016 at 9pm ET/PT. In the season opener, "Snows Hit the Rails With a Vintage Passenger Train," the Snows nab a vintage 80-foot-long passenger train car from a nearby city. They can't wait to save this piece of history from the scrapyard by transforming it into a cozy home, but the challenge will be turning this empty shell into a one-bedroom, one-bath home while maintaining its original character.

Season 5 of TEXAS FLIP N' MOVE premiered on Friday, November 25, 2016 at 9pm ET/PT on DIY Network, immediately following a seven-hour marathon (2-9pm) of encore episodes. In the season opener, "Randy's Hidden Shiplap Shack," Randy wins a house at auction that he discovers is riddled with problems, the biggest of which is a serious lack of bathrooms and major termite damage. But it's not all bad when the Lone Wolf discovers some shiplap from vintage shipping crates hidden in the walls.

DIY Network premiered the sixth season of TEXAS FLIP N' MOVE on Friday, April 7, 2017 at 9pm ET/PT, immediately following a seven-hour marathon (2-9pm) of encore episodes. In the season opener, "The Snow Sisters' Bare Bones Home vs. Randy's Moldy Mansion," the flippers drive four hours to an auction where the cost of moving will be included in the sale price. The houses are in rough shape but the Snow sisters still walk away with a moldy house while Randy gets a house that's been stripped completely bare inside. Thinking the other got the better deal, Randy and the sisters switch houses and get to work on the much-needed improvements. The sisters turn Randy's bare-bones house into a multicolor wonderland and Randy takes the sisters' house and creates an airy, rustic home with a stunning kitchen.

Season 7 of TEXAS FLIP 'N MOVE premiered on Friday, October 6, 2017 at 9pm ET/PT on DIY Network, immediately following a six-hour marathon (3-9pm) of encore episodes. In the season opener, "Knotty Pine vs. Chic Shack," inspired by its tall ceilings and large rooms, Gary's Girls bring an old craftsman-style home back to its former glory. Their charm-saving design includes cased openings, crown molding and built-in shelving. Meanwhile, the Snows are knee-deep in knotty pine and plan to refuse as much of it as possible. Inside, they create a more functional floor plan while keeping the home's original country charm.

On Friday, August 17, 2018 at 9pm ET/PT, DIY Network premiered the tenth season of TEXAS FLIP N' MOVE. In the season opener, "Snow Sisters' Cozy Cottage vs. Gary's Girls' Architectural Abode," HD Snow calls on his family to renovate a couple of storage houses he has on his moving yard. Donna and Toni take one house while Gary's Girls take the other as the friendly family competition begins. Drawing inspiration from old items found inside, both teams make plans to reuse some of the homes' existing contents in their respective rebuilds.

Season 11 of TEXAS FLIP N' MOVE premiered on Friday, December 30, 2018 at 9pm ET/PT on DIY Network. In the season opener, "Casey and Catrina's Rural Refurb vs Gary's Girls' Quaint Cottage," Catrina gets a bargain on a couple of houses from a house mover and plans to make one a main house and the other a guest house. She invites Gary's Girls to work with her and Casey to create a cohesive rustic design for both.

DIY Network premiered the twelfth season of TEXAS FLIP N' MOVE on Friday, April 5, 2019 at 9pm ET/PT. In the season opener, "Snow Sisters' Sophisticated Ranch," Donna and Toni win a small cottage at auction and ask the Hayhurst Brothers for some cedar to create a sophisticated ranch home. The sisters give it an elegant, country design style and try to create an impressive landscape design to go along with the interior.

Season 13 of TEXAS FLIP N' MOVE premiered on Friday, August 2, 2019 at 9pm ET/PT on DIY Network. In the season opener, "The Snow Sisters' Built-in Beauty," the Snow Sisters win an 1100-square-foot home in Moody, Texas. They plan to add two bedrooms and create a large common space that includes the kitchen, living room and dining room, complete with vaulted ceilings and a custom entryway.
