Plot Synopsis

Eddie Jackson and Tim Love compete with the best cooks they can find at tailgate parties across America. On Friday, November 4, 2016 at 7:30pm ET/PT, Food Network premiered the pilot of TAILGATE BATTLE, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. In the pilot, "Saucy, Smoky Smackdown," Eddie and Tim scour the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, CA, for the most epic game day grub. They meet tailgaters with crazy, over-the-top setups and super bold bites, including jerk chicken mac and cheese, whiskey and cola wings, a stack of ribs, satin chicken and cheddar and jack pierogis. Then, they put their tailgate talents to the test, pitting their killer lamb chops and ultimate brisket burger against the best food they can find.
