Plot Synopsis

Hosts Giles Coren and Sue Perkins explore the fascinating rituals and food by adopting the persona of a couple living in different periods of time in history, such as Medieval Times, Victorian Era, Roman Empire, the '80s and others eras, old and new. During their week-long journey through culinary history, Giles and Sue also dressed in period clothing. Cooking Channel aired the U.S. premiere of this series on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 10pm ET.
