Plot Synopsis

Sugar artists, cake artists and specialty craftspeople join forces to create never-before-seen, food art masterpieces, as they compete against each other for the $15,000 weekly cash prize. Each week, three teams enter the Sugar Dome to battle it out, with teams comprised of artists from completely different disciplines, including illustrators, food artists, fruit carvers, graffiti artists, sand sculptors, animatronics experts, pyrotechnics experts, Hollywood costume designers, and much more. Their edible creations are judged by distinguished pastry chef and cake designer Paulette Goto, acclaimed pastry chef Pichet Ong, and a rotating guest judge, such as actress Monica Potter, Motocross champion Nate Adams and costume designer Randall Christensen. Each one-hour episode features a different theme: the magic and danger of the legendary fire breathing dragon; the wonderful world of Dr. Seuss, with characters like the Cat in the Hat, Whoville, Horton and Sneeches; food art that screams rock 'n' roll; a toy store that comes to life at night; legends of fierce gladiators; and The Wizard of Oz, with munchkins, witches, flying monkeys and all the magic of Oz.
