Plot Synopsis

STORM OF SUSPICION is a true-crime docuseries that examines crimes where played a central role in solving or covering up the crime. Each one-hour episode, featuring experts and forensic meteorologists, is structured as a real-life whodunnit with weather ultimately playing the pivotal role in how the crime was resolved. From blizzards to hurricanes, floods to heat waves, this series reveals how Mother Nature can be detectives' best friend -- or their worst enemy. In the series opener, "Hurricane Murder," a mother of two is reported missing as Hurricane Harvey blasts the Texas coast. With more suspects than clues, investigators have to brave the storm to unravel the mystery surrounding her disappearance.
