Plot Synopsis

Host Deion Sanders travels acrosss America, confronting "Sports Dads," who are pushing their kids into becoming superstar athletes -- sometimes at the expense of their academic growth; thus leaving them feeling overworked, underappreciated, and most importantly, unprepared for life. Using his experience, on and off the field, Deion sheds light on the importance of creating a healthy balance between sports, health and family. Deion then forms a "Game Plan" to help these parents so that sports never comes at the price of family or the health and happiness of their children.
