Plot Synopsis
This animated half-hour comedy follows the outrageous escapades of four middle-school children from South Park, Colorado, who might not be the brightest kids in their class but are still smarter than most of the adults in their town. Whether they're surviving an alien anal probe, playing pranks on each other, or fighting to keep their little city free of Harbucks, these four kids find more ways to screw up while still remaining BFFs. After SOUTH PARK's first few years, the show's themes remained topical, because the creators, Matt Stone and Trey Parker, completed episodes only days before airtime. During these current-event episodes, SOUTH PARK lampooned everything from Tom Cruise being in the closet and the raid on Elian Gonzalez's house to censorship in an episode that featured the word "shit" 162 times without a beep.
