Plot Synopsis

SLICE OF BROOKLYN follows Tony Muia as he runs the only Brooklyn-based, family-owned business doing guided bus tours, while fending off the competition with the help and advice of his consiglieres. Tony started A Slice of Brooklyn Bus Tours in 2005, taking visitors to the neighborhood's top pizzerias, and he has since expanded his business to include other specialties like egg creams and cannolis as well as Brooklyn landmarks and movie locations (SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER; GOODFELLAS; ANNIE HALL; THE FRENCH CONNECTION). As his business grew, Tony hired more tour guides, like his cousin Paula and Bensonhurst native Michelle, but Tony continued to rely on the truthful advice of his consiglieres: his godfather, Uncle Louie; and his cousins, Fat Sal and Frankie Pancakes. Travel Channel aired back-to-back 30-minute pilot episodes on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 10pm ET.
