Plot Synopsis

Created by Lex Borrero and developed by Howard T. Owens & showrunner Nikki Boella, THE SIGNING is a one-hour competition series that features young Latin artists who must impress legends from the world of music such as Yandel, Rauw Alejandro, Tainy, Nicki Nicole and Lex Borrero to sign the contract of a lifetime. Netflix held an open casting in Spanish searching throughout Latin America, the US, and Spain for the hottest new Urban Latin talent. Twelve of these contestants kicked off the series by arriving at a mansion with only 10 beds. To stay, they'll have to win over the judges while performing at one of Miami's hottest clubs. The winning artist will sign with talent incubator NEON16. The first five episodes of THE SIGNING dropped on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 on Netflix, with the final three episodes debuting on Wednesday, April 12.
