Plot Synopsis

Two professional interior designers have the same budget to transform up to five spaces in newly-built, identical houses or townhomes so that the new homes appeal to the developer's target market. At the end of each program, potential buyers choosing a winning designer during an open house tour. Each 60-minute episode features two local designers in a different city, including showdowns in: Oklahoma City, OK; Stone Ridge, VA; Wilmington, DE; Fresno, CA; Costa Mesa, CA; Houston, TX; Saginaw, MI; Pittsburgh, PA; and Washington, DC.
