Plot Synopsis

SENSE8 is a one-hour series centered around eight characters that live in different cities around the world who experience a violent vision, and soon find themselves mentally connected by this experience. They are suddenly able to see and talk to each other as though they were in the same place, and have access to each other's deepest secrets. Not only must these eight adapt to this new ability and to each other, they must figure out what happened and why and what it means for the future of humanity, while being hunted by an organization out to capture, kill or vivisect them. Netflix released all 12 episodes of the first season on Friday, June 5, 2015 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT. On Friday, May 5, 2017 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released the second season of SENSE8. Picking up where Season 1 left off, Capheus, Kala, Lito, Nomi, Riley, Sun, Will, and Wolfgang come together both physically and mentally, plunged into the middle of each other's tragedies and triumphs. On the run from Whispers, and forced to question their very identity, it's a matter of survival as the Sensates must find a way to live with, understand and protect one another against all odds. In the two-hour season opener, "Happy F*cking New Year," scandals, surprises and celebrations deepen the Sensates' bond as they work to rebuild their lives and outmaneuver Whispers.

Netflix released "Amor Vincit Omnia," the 2.5-hour series finale of SENSE8 on Friday, June 8, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT. In the series ender, the Sensates gather in Paris to plot a rescue mission for one of their own and passions run high as they and their closest allies fight to save the cluster and stop their enemies for good.
