SECRET LIVES OF THE SUPER RICH goes inside the mansions and behind the gates of compounds inhabited by the wealthiest people on the planet. Reported by CNBC's Robert Frank and featuring NYC broker Dolly Lenz and the owner, designer, or builder, each 30-minute episode explores two or three homes, toys, or events, including: the largest home in America; a $150 million mega-mansion; a luxury bunker made by converting a missile silo into an underground home; the richest town in America, with tours of the least and most expensive homes; a mega-wedding; a top-secret celebration with an upside-down birch forest; a NYC apartment covered wall-to-wall in dead animals; a gulf stream jet that gets a multi-million dollar makeover; the owner of the only Lamborghini dealer in the country; an unusual NYC mega-mansion; and much more. Before showing this program as a series of eight episodes, starting on Wednesday, September 25, 2013, CNBC aired two, half-hour specials of SECRET LIVES OF THE SUPER RICH on Monday, August 6, 2012 (Mega Homes) and Monday, January 28, 2013 (Mega Homes 2). Season 2 premiered on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 from 9-10pm ET/PT, as CNBC showed back-to-back new episodes. In the season opener, SECRET LIVES explored the $27 million horse race, one of the richest sporting events in America; a Los Angeles mansion filled with Hollywood scandal; and Aspen's most exclusive club. The locations were featured in the night's second episode: the most incredible VIP Penthouse suite in America; a supership that carries the megayachts of the super rich; and the race to sell a Gold Coast mansion filled with a shocking collection. SECRET LIVES OF THE SUPER RICH returned for its third season on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 10pm ET/PT, as CNBC aired back-to-back new episodes. The Season 3 premiere highlighted: a man who took his lifelong Lamborghini obsession from land to water; a luxury safari that had no shortage of wild life -- or champagne; and Mark Bell's STAR TREK megamansion in South Florida. The night's second episode featured: one of the most exclusive stretches of sand on the planet; Rihanna's Los Angeles mansion; a megamansion built for a horse; and a superjet with a supersecret owner. On Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 10pm ET/PT, CNBC premiered the fourth season of SECRET LIVES OF THE SUPER RICH, showing back-to-back new episodes. The season opener, "A Billionaire's Lair & Super Rich Dog," features an exclusive tour of a mansion built on spec with a shocking price-tag and a super rich dog living in a fabulous Miami penthouse and not happy about it.
