Plot Synopsis

RUNS GOOD is a one-hour reality series that follows Dan Brockett, Shea Seefeldt and Aaron Parker, who are on a mission to rescue project cars that lay unfinished up on blocks or under tarps. And they won't just finish them, but they'll redeem them. These guys have about a week to get them across the finish line, whether it's on a track, down a dragstrip or up a mountain. The first episode of RUNS GOOD dropped on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 on MotorTrend+ with a new episode debuting on subsequent Tuesdays.

Season 2 of RUNS GOOD premiered on Friday, August 4, 2023 at 10pm ET/PT on MotorTrend Network. In the season opener, "Saving an LS Swapped 944," two brothers set out to build matching Track Rat Porsches; one lost interest due to lack of funds and time; with a Porsche racing pedigree and a not-so-stock surprise under the hood, Shea thinks this 944 is the perfect project to rescue.
