Plot Synopsis

THE RENOVATION KING is a half-hour reality series that follows Barry Du Bois as he renovates rooms and expands homes while creating spaces with aesthetic beauty and plain old practicality that fit his client's budget and personality. In this series, Barry takes on bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, playrooms, kitchens -- even a school staff room. Plus, THE RENOVATION KING explores the personal and emotional side of his clients' decision to renovate -- memories attached to the old and the hopes and needs of the future. Discovery Family aired the U.S. premiere of this series on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 from 10-11pm ET, showing back-to-back new episodes.
