Plot Synopsis

(RE)MOTEL introduces American motel owners who have restored and redesigned historic properties for a new generation of travelers. Each 8-10 minute episode focuses on a different lodge, including: The Amigo Motor Lodge (Salida, CO); Tourists (North Adams, MA); Skyview (Los Alamos, CA); Starlite Motel (Kerhonkson, NY); and more. The first four episodes of (RE)MOTEL dropped on Thursday, July 15, 2021 on discovery+ and the Magnolia app, the day it launched. (RE)MOTEL made its linear television debut on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 6:30pm ET/PT on DIY Network.

The first four episodes of (RE)MOTEL's second season dropped on Friday, February 4, 2022 on the Magnolia app. In the 10-minute season opener, "Sound View," Erik Warner transforms a New York beachfront motel into the Sound View. Two new episodes debuted each Friday through February 25.
