Plot Synopsis

RAFTERHOUSE is a half-hour reality series that follows two couples at a renovation company called Rafterhouse, as they buy, renovate, decorate and sell homes in their small suburban town just outside Phoenix, AZ. From vintage repurposed items, to trinkets and treasures re-imagined, and their signature pantry doors, contractor Chris Liles and realtor Austin King started flipping 1950s ranch houses in 2012 with the help of their wives, Fallon and Suzanne, who have been friends since middle school, first introduced the guys to each other, and now help them stage each home. On Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 2pm ET/PT, HGTV premiered the pilot episode of RAFTERHOUSE, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time.
