Plot Synopsis

Executive produced by Jonathan and Drew Scott, PROPERTY BROTHERS: FOREVER HOME is a one-hour reality series that follows the twins on their mission to turn families' ordinary houses into their lifelong dream homes. Couples qualify for a complete makeover if they are settled in their home but need the brothers' expertise to make it perfect. These new clients aren't looking to flip their property for profit, because they know this place is "the one" where they can put down roots and happily spend their lives. To unlock a home's full potential, Jonathan and Drew will focus on overhauling the house to suit the families' needs and wishes. In each 60-minute episode, Drew takes the couple on a tour of nearby renovated homes to learn about the features they love and which ones they can live without. With this information and the homeowner's budget in mind, Jonathan brings the family's design dreams to life using state-of-the-art 3D graphics. He presents the homeowners with two animated options that showcase different ways their house can be reimagined. The stakes are high for everyone -- for the couples, who must decide how their ideal home should look, and for Jonathan and Drew, who must deliver renovations that surpass the clients' expectations. In the series opener, "Food and Family," newlyweds Nora and Diego live with Diego's parents and grandmother in their single-level home in Richmond. The house has plenty of square footage but the big foodie family feels cramped during weekday meals and large family gatherings. Jonathan and Drew are on the scene taking on the kitchen, dining room and living room before freshening up the house's curb appeal.

On Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 9pm ET/PT, HGTV premiered the second season of PROPERTY BROTHERS: FOREVER HOME. In the season opener, "Forever Home Family Tradition," this young family loves the idea of raising their kids in a forever home, but if they're going to stay put they need solutions for their awkward layout. Drew and Jonathan overhaul the spaces to create a home that works for the chaos of family life.

HGTV premiered the third season of PROPERTY BROTHERS: FOREVER HOME on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at 9pm ET/PT. In the season opener, "From Chaos to Calm," a couple bought a new home that was perfect for their growing family but seven years later, the needed updates are still unfinished. They call on Drew and Jonathan to finish what's been started, rework the main floor and restore calm to the house. After a 3.5-month break, PROPERTY BROTHERS: FOREVER HOME returned with finale episode of Season 3 on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 9pm ET/PT on HGTV. In the fall premiere, "When Tragedy Strikes," Drew and Jonathan begin renovating a couple's home, and a tree falls on the property and demolishes the upper floor. With the timeline extended, the Brothers transform the entire house to give the family a safe and beautiful space.

Season 4 of PROPERTY BROTHERS: FOREVER HOME premiered on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 9pm ET/PT on HGTV.

For its fifth season, PROPERTY BROTHERS: FOREVER HOME moved to discovery+, beginning on Monday, January 4, 2021 -- the same day the streaming service launched. Season 5 of PROPERTY BROTHERS: FOREVER HOME made its linear television debut on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 8pm ET/PT on HGTV, immediately following an eight-hour marathon (Noon-8pm) of encore episodes. In the season opener, "Teenager in the House," a couple moved into their Las Vegas home years ago to give their daughter room to grow, but now that she's a teenager, the house doesn't accommodate them anymore. Drew and Jonathan transform their shared spaces to help this family's home grow with them.

Season 6 of PROPERTY BROTHERS: FOREVER HOME debuted on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 8pm ET/PT on HGTV. In the season opener, "Modern Cowboy Makeover" a former cowboy and his family love their vintage ranch house, but the awkward layout, dated yellow kitchen and unsafe fireplace need a lot of help. Drew and Jonathan aim to satisfy their conflicting styles with a bright, modern farmhouse transformation.

PROPERTY BROTHERS: FOREVER HOME returned for its seventh season on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 9pm ET/PT on HGTV. In the season opener, "Big Family Big Reno," a couple inherits a cherished family home, but it's cramped and dated, and it needs a major reno. Jonathan and Drew open up the main living area and refresh the 80s look so they can continue hosting extended family gatherings in style for decades to come.
