Plot Synopsis

Airing each weekday during the National Football League (NFL) season, host Mike Florio, who created the NFL-focused web destination ProFootballTalk.com, and co-host Erik Kuselias spend 60 minutes providing in-depth insight into the sport while touching on injuries, fantasy football and officiating. Plus, Florio and Kuselias welcome a roster of NBC Sports football commentators, including Rodney Harrison, Hines Ward, Doug Flutie, Ross Tucker, Amani Toomer, and Peter King, among others. During the 2011 football season, NBC Sports -- still called Versus at the time -- unveiled NBC SPORTSTALK, which was a weeknight program hosted by Russ Thaler that devoted its Monday program exclusively to Florio for "ProFootball Talk." "ProFootball Talk" first aired on Monday, September 7, 2011 at 6pm ET, and PRO FOOTBALL TALK, now its own series and no longer under the NBC SPORTSTALK banner, premiered on Tuesday, September 4, 2012.
