Plot Synopsis

Creeated by Jack Dolgen and Doug Mand, PRETTY SMART is a half-hour comedy series that centers on book-smart Chelsea, who discovers she has a lot to learn about happiness when she's forced to move in with her bubbly sister Claire and three roommates: Solana, Jayden, and Grant. The story opens with uber-intellectual Chelsea reconnecting with Claire in California after being dumped by her boyfriend -- but she doesn't know her brief stay may turn into something a bit more long-term. After moving in, Chelsea refuses to get off the couch and snap out of her funk, much to her new roommates' rising frustration. The entire 10-episode first season of PRETTY SMART dropped on Friday, October 8, 2021 on Netflix.
