Plot Synopsis

Convinced of her daughter Anya's innocence in a homicide, devoted mother Helene soon uncovers unsettling truths as the line between victim and perpetrator blurs. When Anya, a student in Paris, becomes a suspect in the murder of a wealthy heir, Helene, living in Berlin, enlists the help of Vincent, a lawyer and an old flame who works to shed new light on the case. THE PERFECT MOTHER made its U.S. debut on Friday, June 3, 2022, as Netflix released the entire four-episode first season.
