Plot Synopsis

Based on the mobile game Space Dog, PAT THE DOG is an animated comedy series for five- to eight-year olds that centers on Lola and her not-so-ordinary dog, Pat, as they embark on fearless and heroic adventures together. Each half-hour episode of PAT THE DOG is comprised of three 7-minute stories, including the U.S. premiere on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 10:30am ET/PT on Disney Channel. The U.S. series opener included these three stories:

"Baboon Beasties Versus Bouncy Castles": Lola plans for a fun play date with her friends. But when Victor erupts with the trendiest video games of the moment in his hands, the little girl seems embarrassed by her cheapish hand-made boardgame. It's certain, her friends will prefer to go play at Victor's. But when Pat playfully starts to jump on an old inner tube, he gives his best friend a great idea... creating a mini amusement park! But Victor and the Guanos will do everything in their hands to blow the park apart...

"Caterpillar Catastrophe": Lola must take care of an extremely rare caterpillar as a school assignment. But the little caterpillar attracts the Guanos' appetite, who imagine it rare-cooking on the BBQ. On top of that, Hoodie decides to play with the little larva. But as the caterpillar disappears, Lola totally panics. But Pat is watching closely, and confronts the terrible pigeon trio in a relentless fight. He manages to return the precious insect to his beloved best friend, after it has transformed into a beautiful butterfly.

"Strict Surveillance": After another twisted move from the Guanos, the sausage truck breaks down in front of Lola's house. The little girl is in charge of guarding the truck until the seller comes back with the breakdown mechanic. As a reward, she'll get an Xtra Double Hot Dog! But the food truck attracts the attention of all the neighborhood's animals, Guanos first. Even Victor is planning on getting a free hotdog. Pat must fiercely defend it, despite his desire to devour a yummy sausage.
