OWNING MANHATTAN is a one-hour docuseries that follows NYC broker and CEO Ryan Serhant, who will stop at nothing to build his brokerage while going after the most exclusive luxury listings in the city. Ryan Serhant, SERHANT.'s CEO, has closed more than $8 billion in sales and represented clients in record-breaking deals across the country. In September 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and amid uncertain market conditions, Ryan decided to strike out on his own and launch his own brokerage. Under Ryan's leadership, SERHANT. has since expanded to seven states, grown its agent and employee roster to over 500 people across 19 states, and has amassed over 6 million followers across all social platforms. The company secured the #6 spot on The Real Deal's list of Top Residential Brokerages for 2022 and has produced award-winning marketing content and PR campaigns. Ryan currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife, Emilia, and their daughter, Zena.

Chloe Tucker Caine is a powerhouse real estate agent, marketing expert, and media personality. Originally from a fashion-focused family in Los Angeles, Chloe began her career starring on Broadway in Mamma Mia! before falling in love with the fast-paced world of real estate. Known for her creativity, tenacity, and consummate work ethic, Chloe continues to break records throughout the city for her luxury sales, rental, and new development clients. Chloe currently lives in Flatiron with her husband and toy poodle sidekick, Sadie.

Nile Lundgren is a leading real estate expert with more than $300 million in sales and over a decade of experience representing buyers, sellers, and developers in the New York City market and abroad. Nile specializes in the high-end luxury and new development sectors and has done hundreds of deals all over the city. He hosts a real estate podcast, The Broker that Never Sleeps, and is a TV personality who has appeared on several news media segments. Nile is fluent in Spanish and, after living in Manhattan for a decade, he now resides in Williamsburg.

Tricia Lee, an accomplished entrepreneur and a prominent voice within the local brokerage and business communities, is the founder and leader of the Tricia Lee Team at SERHANT. After breaking into the industry with record-breaking first-year sales numbers at her former brokerage, Tricia went on to sell over $200 million in her solo career. before jumping to SERHANT. At the brokerage, she leads Team Tricia Lee with a focus on home sales and luxury rentals alongside her partner and fiance, Jeffrey St. Arromand. Tricia is an avid traveler, and she loves cooking, reviewing beauty products, and renovation and design in her spare time.

Jade Shenker is a Commercial Real Estate strategist and socialite who's made her name as a Top 30 Under 30 real estate industry disrupter and advisor. Since founding SERHANT.'s commercial division with almost a quarter billion dollars in active listings, she has managed over $650 million in luxury assets, with notable achievements in restructuring, repositioning, and remarketing projects. Jade joined Ryan's team focusing on commercial, investment, and ultra-luxurious unique assets. Raised by a real estate investment focused family, she's served as a board member for planning and zoning committees in South Florida, and remains on the East Village block association where her family still owns property.

Jessica Markowski is a real estate agent born and raised in New York City with a deep understanding of local neighborhoods helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the intricacies of the NYC market. Jessica puts her clients first and works tirelessly in order to achieve the unique goals of every single client. Jessica has built a substantial online following through her work on several projects, including Screenshop (a company co-founded by Kim Kardashian and sold to Snapchat in 2021), for which she serves as the head of communications. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her fiance, family, and cavapoo puppy Romeo.

Jessica Taylor is an attentive and creative broker who has quickly established herself as a leading presence within New York City's real estate community. She has been involved in more than $500 million in sales. While she specializes in luxury sales and new development properties, she has experience working with buyers and sellers at every price point. Jessica studied business and psychology at Oxford Brookes University in England. Upon completing her studies, she worked for UBS in London. In 2014, she relocated to the company's New York branch, and she has been in the city ever since. When Jessica is not working with clients, she spends her time exploring different neighborhoods and sampling all the culinary delights they have to offer.

Jordan Hurt is a trusted real estate advisor with 11 years of industry experience and more than $200 million in sales. An expert in new development projects and luxury properties, Jordan brings a positive, solution-oriented mindset to challenging situations and leverages his diverse industry experience to ensure his clients are always put in the best position to achieve their goals. Originally from Ohio, Jordan previously worked as Ryan's assistant before launching his own real estate career. He regularly volunteers at the New York City LGBTQ Center, and he likes cycling through the city and spending time with family and friends. He is also in the process of creating his own cosmetics line. He currently lives in Downtown Manhattan with his French bulldog, Pedro.

Jonathan Normolle is a Danish New Yorker and longtime Downtown Manhattan resident. Known for his outgoing personality, work ethic, complete discretion, and 24/7 availability, Jonathan combines outside-the-box thinking and new-school marketing techniques with an old-school, client-focused mindset. Trained by some of the world's top-producing agents, he understands the nuances of the luxury market and high-end client service. Jonathan is a new addition to SERHANT. who's looking to bring a young, fresh energy to the team.

Jordan March is a managing partner of the Empire Collective Team at SERHANT. and is a distinguished 16-year veteran of the real estate industry. He is regarded as a pioneer and industry disrupter for his use of digital media, and he has closed over $1 billion in sales. One of Jordan's long-term goals is to further the movement of New Urbanism, helping to minimize the negative environmental impact of buildings by using a conscious approach to energy conservation, green technology, and sustainable architectural design and development. In his free time, Jordan loves to play with his kids, enjoy unique dining experiences, meditate, and dance. His interests include art, theatre, film, technology, and fashion, and he plays the violin and piano.

Savannah Gowarty is a real estate agent and content creator based in NYC. Nearly three years ago, she moved to Manhattan from Raleigh, North Carolina, to pursue real estate and is now a member of Elevated Advisement, one of the most respected and notable deal makers in NYC. Her background in custom home development and her passion for design and fashion, both in and outside of the home, uniquely positions her as a strategic partner for clients. Her relentless negotiating spirit, combined with her Southern hospitality, allows her to navigate every transaction with honesty, tact, and care. Savannah has leveraged her confidence and charm to build a strong presence on social media, cultivating a following surrounding her insights on real estate, golf, and fashion.

Jeffrey St. Arromand is a three-time Emmy award-winning sports television producer and a leading partner of the successful Tricia Lee Team, together having sold over $300 million in sales. Jeffrey is a public speaker, who has given his expertise on real estate trends, marketing, storytelling, and brand development. A Brooklyn native, Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Florida A&M University. He is fluent in French and his interests include traveling, working out, going to museums, and spending time with family. He has a wonderful daughter named Addison, and he is engaged to Tricia Lee.

Genesis Suero is an accomplished realtor, television personality, and Miss New York USA winner whose success stems from taking on significant responsibilities at a young age. The Dominican Republic-born realtor is a member of the Lundgren Team led by Nile Lundgren, where she serves as his right hand, partner, and a star seller with a sales record of several million dollars.
