Plot Synopsis

Executive produced by Jason Bateman, OUTLAST is a one-hour survival competition series, where 16 lone wolves must outlast each other in the Alaskan wilderness in an attempt to win 1 million dollars. There is only one rule in this cut throat game: they must be a part of a team to win. The entire eight-episode first season of OUTLAST dropped on Friday, March 10, 2023 on Netflix.

The second season of OUTLAST debuted on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 on Netflix, which released the first six episodes of the new season. The final two episodes dropped one week later on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 on Netflix. A new set of survivalists enters the Alaskan wilderness to compete for $1 million, but they must work within a team and avoid acts of sabotage to win. On day one, players split into teams and race to set up camp on Alaska's remote shorelines before nightfall. Freezing temperatures test their resolve. Then, tensions erupt between Alpha and Bravo after Bayo's big move. Low morale poses an unexpected challenge for one camp as new alliances form.

On Wednesday, September 11, 2024, Netflix released the final two episodes of OUTLAST's second season. First, in "Meeting the Enemy," sick teammates pose risks to both camps. Drew and Drake cross the river to intimidate their competition, but things don't go as planned. Then, in the finale, "Winners Are Made," as the competition winds down, the exhausted survivalists face betrayal and a final challenge that tests their endurance and navigation skills.
