Narrated by Sir David Attenborough, OUR PLANET is an documentary series that showcases the planet's most precious species and fragile habitats, revealing amazing sights on Earth in ways they've never been seen using the latest in 4k camera technology.

OUR PLANET (Season 1): Directed by Alastair Fothergill -- who was the creator of the critically acclaimed original PLANET EARTH and BLUE PLANET series -- OUR PLANET, created in conjunction with WWF, is a four-year project has been filmed in 50 countries across all the continents of the world, with crew capturing more than three and a half thousand filming days, and will focus on the breadth of the diversity of habitats around the world, from the remote Arctic wilderness and mysterious deep oceans to the vast landscapes of Africa and diverse jungles of South America. Attenborough narrates the series only in English-language territories, and local narrators are used in other regions. On Friday, April 5, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released all eight episodes.

OUR PLANET II (Season 2): David Attenborough returns to narrate a four-episode followup to OUR PLANET. At any given moment on planet Earth, billions of animals are on the move. Captured with spectacular and innovative cinematography, Our Planet II unravels the mysteries of how and why animals migrate to reveal some of the most dramatic and compelling stories in the natural world. Each episode represents three months of the Earth's orbit, highlighting major animal gatherings and events to showcase the mind-boggling diversity of the animal kingdom as well as rare and never-before-seen moments of animal behavior that will astound even the most avid viewer of nature documentaries -- and each episode ends in a cliffhanger that links it to the next.
