Plot Synopsis

In this half-hour series, chef Eric Ripert is the sous chef to celebrities who prepare the dish they feel best represents them, and then they share a cocktail while the stars reveal who they are, what they do, and how they got there. In each 30-minute episode, Eric welcomes a different celebrity, including Anthony Bourdain, Mario Batali, Stanley Tucci, Roger Waters, Marcus Samuelsson, Chrissy Teigen, Elizabeth Olsen, Drew Barrymore, Jay McInerney, Wylie Dufresne, and Zac Posen. ON THE TABLE originally debuted as a monthly series on YouTube's Reserve Channel, running from July 2012 through September 2013, and then premiered on television when Esquire began showing back-to-back episodes on Wednesdays at 8pm ET/PT, starting on December 4, 2013.
