Plot Synopsis
THE 1990S: THE DEADLIEST DECADE is a one-hour docuseries that showcases the landmark crimes and chilling mysteries that defined the 1990s in America's history. In the series opener, "Lone Star," Doris Angleton is shot 13 times in her home, and cops assume it's connected to her husband's huge bookmaking business. But Doris has her own secrets -- like an affair that started in the unchartered territory of AOL chatrooms. In subsequent episodes, this series chronicles these true-crime stories: the badly burned body of a young woman found in rural Indiana, and more.
