Plot Synopsis
Created by Reinhold Weege, NIGHT COURT is a half-hour sitcom that's set in a night shift of a Manhattan municipal court. The series followed the comedic cases that came through the court, as well as the personal lives and interactions of the judge, bailiffs, and lawyers. Judge Stone was known for his offbeat sense of humor and his love of magic tricks. Christine (for Seasons 3-9) was the public defender and love interest of the womanizing prosecutor, Dan, whose sharp wit often put him at odds with others.
