Plot Synopsis

#MYCURRENTSITUATION: ATLANTA is a one-hour reality series that follows three Atlanta women -- Rachael 'RoRo' Johnson, Alexis Bell and Delenia Adams -- from from very different backgrounds, who are working through their struggles all while asking themselves some tough questions about life, love and happiness. Throughout the six-episode series, these women work with licensed psychotherapist Spirit to come up with solutions that start them on a path to healing and happiness. As a licensed therapist, media personality, wife and devoted mother of six, Spirit sparks the transformation that these women are looking for as they navigate through some of the toughest decisions in their lives and address issues that nobody wants to see on their glossy social media profiles. The three women are:

Ro Ro, a model and actress, who makes a living off of her girl-next-door look and beauty-queen smile. But when it's not "lights, camera, action," Ro Ro becomes Rachael, a woman deeply insecure about her cystic acne and facial scars, who takes hours to apply make-up each morning and has yet to share her natural beauty with her boyfriend and close-knit friends for fear of judgment or worse: rejection.

Alexis, a 29-year-old mom and aspiring recording artist, who is committed to making it big on Atlanta's hot music scene to help provide for her two young boys. But despite a deal with Empire Records, Alexis is homeless and finds shelter in her car. Parking in desolate streets and parks across Atlanta, Alexis must face her homelessness and confront her truth.

Delenia, a professional wrestler and mother of two, who is about to get married to her wrestling partner fiance Matthew King. But despite their loving relationship and years of dating, Delenia is having second thoughts about her upcoming nuptials. Matthew is actually seven years her junior and at only 23 years old, Delenia questions his ability to become a husband and father at such a young age.

On Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 10pm ET/PT, Centric premiered the season finale of #MYCURRENTSITUATION: ATLANTA. In the season ender, "Stakes Is High," Delenia and Matt's big wedding day is finally here, Rachael moves forward with her surgery, After seeing her mother off, Alexis is left at the crossroads which will set the course for her future.
