Plot Synopsis

In each one-hour installment of MY CELEBRITY DREAM WEDDING, three top wedding planners compete to give one deserving bride on a budget the celebrity inspired-wedding of her dreams. Based on the proposed visions for the big day, the brides select their favorite planner as the winner to now lead the production of their wedding, while the others are demoted to assistant status. The planners then collaborate to execute everything from the dream ceremony to the show stopping reception.

On Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 9pm ET/PT, VH1 premiered a one-hour special, "My Celebrity Dream Wedding." Filmed prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, this program follows three wedding planners -- Courtney Ajinca, Lance Devereux and Tori Williams -- as they compete to give one deserving bride on a budget the celebrity-inspired wedding of her dreams. Courtney is an internationally acclaimed event and interior designer who continues to turn fantasy into reality. She has created a number of installations for several high-profile celebrities and networks around the world and is known for her over the top and whimsical events. Lance is the owner and lead designer at Designs by Devereux Weddings and Events, a full-service wedding, special event, and floral design firm located in Charlotte, NC. From your everyday bride or groom, to celebrity clientele, to professional athletes and other well-known figures, Lance is well-known for his ability to transform any space into a memorable event experience. Tori is a celebrity event planner and designer, creating luxurious bespoke events world-wide. Tori Williams Events is a full-service luxury event planning and design company, focused on social and corporate affairs. Her signature opulent, trendsetting themes and elaborate decor have been seen on major television networks.

MY CELEBRITY DREAM WEDDING made its series debut with back-to-back episodes on Monday, January 3, 2022 from 9-11pm ET/PT on VH1. The trio of wedding planners -- Courtney Ajinca, Lance Devereux and Tori Williams -- return to pitch their extravagant bridal visions and throw celebrity-inspired weddings for engaged couples on a budget. This 20-episode series also provides DIY tips and hacks to plan a fairytale million-dollar wedding for a fraction of the price. Throughout the series, the planners aim to recreate lavish touches and unique extravaganza looks inspired by celebrities' weddings such as the alligator decor found in the seating at Gabrielle Union's and Dwyane Wade's wedding reception, or the all-white florals that lined Priyanka Chopra's and Nick Jonas' wedding, and even the floral diamond encrusted prayer bench seen during NeNe Leakes and Gregg Leakes reception and more, with their own twist.

On Monday, January 31, 2022 from 9-11pm ET/PT, VH1 premiered the season finale of MY CELEBRITY DREAM WEDDING, debuting back-to-back new episodes:

"Runway of Roses" (9pm): The Planners are excited to learn that Amber and Jamie are inspired by a Supermodel's gorgeous wedding. But when the bride wants to transform her aisle into an expensive floral runway, there may be lights, cameras, and no action on wedding day.

"Black, Gold and Red All Over?" (10pm): The Planners face-off to give Greg and Lorenzo a magical wedding inspired by an actress and an A-List author. While they're usually up for the challenge, a mix up of major design elements leave them scrambling to deliver a cohesive ceremony.
