Plot Synopsis

To win a $100,000 spokesmodel contract with Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, eight women compete in elimination challenges during which they perform numerous jobs that resort employees perform daily. Whether they're bussing tables and cleaning a banquet hall, flying on a pulley system as a wine angel, or manually picking through trash for recyclable items, these models must learn about every aspect of the resort. During this unusual interview process, supermodel host Chrissy Teigen guides them on the journey, while their performances are evaluated by three judges: Jimmy Smith, The Chairman, CEO and Chief Creative Officer at Amusement Park Entertainment; Vanessa Branch, the fabulous Orbit Gum Girl for eight years; and Patrick Miller, Vice President of Marketing at Mandalay Bay. The eight contestants are: Jassmine Amos, a sassy model, who has appeared in almost 30 music videos, including those of Lil Wayne, Trey Songz and Snoop Dogg; Johanna Da Ru, a Jersey girl, who has most recently worked the catwalk for Missoni, Fendi, and Giorgio Armani; Sonja Ewy, the daughter of two model parents, who has been modeling since she was 14 years old for companies like "Seventeen," Saks Fifth Avenue, Puma and Roberto Cavalli; Alexis Farmer, a California girl and single mom, who has modeled for companies like Nordstrom, Mini Cooper and Shiseido; Shah Granville, a UCLA graduate, who has represented companies like Sean John, Nike, Smashbox, and Marc Jacobs; Shannone Holt, a preacher's daughter, who has been featured in "Harpers Bazaar," "Oprah Magazine," and "In Style Magazine"; Aspen Brandy Lea, a rock-star girlfriend, who has posed for brands like Nike, MAC, Escante and Target and was in Kenny Chesney's "Out Last Night" music video; Britany Tranckino, an Orange County girl, who won the Ford Supermodel of the World competition in 2004 and has graced the pages of "Cosmo," "Marie Claire," "Glamour" and "Harpers Bazaar."
